TravCentive Rewards Program Guidelines

(Effective January 1, 2019)

The TravCentive Rewards program is a loyalty based travel reward program offered exclusively by TravCentive, LLC to enrolled individuals.

An account is established for each Participant; points are awarded to the Participant’s TravCentive Rewards account based on the Participant’s stay at qualifying Hilton brand hotels. Additionally, any bonus points, referral points and/or promotional points are added to the Participants account. Upon enrolling Participant selects to redeem points either quarterly or annually. As of the last day of each quarter or year, depending on Participants redemption selection, points are redeemed into cash at the rate of $25.00 for each increment of 5000 TravCentive Rewards Points in the Participants account. Any remaining balance will roll forward.

Under the provisions of the TravCentive Rewards Program, a Participant will be awarded a minimum of five TravCentive Rewards Points for each dollar spent, room revenue only. Hotel room booking category must be a commissionable category for stay to qualify for program.

TravCentive Rewards Points:

To earn TravCentive Rewards Points, the Participant must have the proper numbers entered in the Special Accounts & Rates section of the Hilton app or website. The TravCentive Rewards Points from a Participants booking will be awarded, in a pending status, usually within 48-72hrs after the stay has been completed. The TravCentive Rewards Points for a Participants qualified booking will be approved within 2-3 weeks after the stay has been completed.

A TravCentive Award earned in a Participant’s valid, active TravCentive Rewards account will be paid to the Participant after the close of the quarter or calendar year as requested by Participant. The TravCentive Award will be issued under the Participant’s name and mailed to the Participant’s current address on file with TravCentive Rewards. The Participant will be responsible for keeping such addresses current for that purpose.

If a Participant has an invalid address on file with TravCentive Rewards, the Participant’s account will be deemed inactive and the points in the Participants account will not be converted to an award unless and until such time as a valid, current address has been provided to TravCentive Rewards. The award will then be issued at the end of the next redemption period as selected by Participant.

TravCentive Awards issued under the TravCentive Rewards Program will be subject to applicable government regulatiuons.

The Participant agrees to be solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with the receipt of a TravCentive Award and the Participant agrees to indemnify TravCentive, LLC against any and all claims regarding taxes. TravCentive, LLC s required to issue an IRS Form 1099 to any Participant earning a TravCentive Award of $600 or more. If Participant’s earning for the year are going to exceed this amount, Participant must provide TravCentive, LLC with their social security number. If Participant fails to provide, or chooses to not provide their social security number, Reward Points that would cause Participant to reach or exceed the $600 restriction will simply role over to the following year.

TravCentive Rewards reserves the right to amend these Guidelines, in whole or in part, by written notice to all Participants or by posting new Guidelines on the TravCentive Rewards website, www.travcentiverewards.com

Participation in the TravCentive Rewards program is voluntary and void where prohibited by law.
