No. TravCentive Rewards Program is FREE to join.

What are the benefits of enrolling in the TravCentive Rewards Program?

As a valued member, you will earn TravCentive Rewards Points for qualifying Hilton Brand Hotel stays. We are not affiliated with Hilton, therefor participation in the TravCentive Rewards Program does NOT affect your Hilton Honors Program.

Will I still receive my loyalty points from my Hilton Honors Program?

YES. You will continue to accrue your Hilton Honors Points. The TravCentive Rewards Points are separate from and not affiliated with your Hilton Honors Membership.

Is there a limit to the number of TravCentive Rewards Points I can earn?

No. As long as you keep booking, we will keep awarding you your reward points.

Will I still earn points if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking, you will not earn any TravCentive Rewards Points.

When will my TravCentive Rewards Points be added to my account?

You will see Pending Points credited to your account 48-72 hours after completion of your stay. They will update to “Earned” 2-3 weeks after completion of your stay.

When and how do I get my award check?

When you sign up for a TravCentive Rewards Membership, you will select either a quarter or annual redemption payout schedule. You will receive a $25 award for each increment of 5,000 points you have in your account. Any points not included in the 5,000 point increment will roll forward to the next redemption period.

How long does it take to get my award in the mail?

Award checks take approximately two to three weeks for delivery. Awards are mailed to the address you have on file with TravCentive Rewards. Be sure to keep your account information up to date.

Do I need to pay taxes on my TravCentive Rewards?

You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with the receipt of a TravCentive Award. TravCentive Rewards will issue an IRS Form 1099 to individuals earning a TravCentive Award of $600 or more.

10.

Do I need to provide a social security number?

You are only required to provide a social security number if your earnings are $600 or more in a calendar year. If you choose to not provide a social security number, we will simply roll over any points that would cause you to exceed this restriction to the following year.
